Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician to help lead a team of technicians to diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot simple and complex issues with commercial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, packaged units.
- Perform repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating findings and solutions clearly.
- Ensure work quality and assist in the training of less experienced technicians.
- Manage van inventory stock.
- Strong knowledge and adherence of build codes and job safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a commercial HVAC technician, with expertise in boilers, chillers, packaged units, and refrigeration systems.
- Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC equipment and complex issues.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- EPA Certification required.
- 7 years experience minimum

Pay:
$50+ based on experience

- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- On-call availability as needed

- Commercial HVAC: 7+ years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- EPA Certification (required)
